As a
faith based organisation, when developing our goals, we were inspired the
LORD’s prayer in Matthew 6 v 9 –13 which contains the key elements
for our stratergies, and shows us how to pray for the people of our city.
| Our
Father in Heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.. | | Heavenly
Father, we come in your holy name and ask that your government
may become a reality in our city. Please raise up councilors and officers
who will know your will and do it
|
Give us today our daily bread.. | |
Help us offer opportunities for regular employment which
will enable people to provide for themselves and their families.
|
Forgive us our debts, as we have forgiven our debtors | |
Dear Father, we are greatly indebted to you. Please help us to release others
from poverty by debt cancellation, counseling, credit union and financial
investment.
|
And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. | |
Please send spiritual renewal to us, our families, our communities
and our city.Our mission is to advance God’s kingdom in Swansea. |
